THAT WILL BE: 500 mgs 4 x a day= 2, 000 mgs. Not an unusual dose.

Stop Keflex: No possibility of any benefit from any antibiotic, only risks of bad effects. Probably no need to treat. See a dermatologist if it annoys you. If it grows larger it needs to be checked: suggest a different place. Usually this will be a small cyst in the acne family. If it becomes painful or larger then other things need be considered.
