Your Choice.: Without knowing all the detail as to the the nature of the growth removed and the method of it's excision, it is difficult to comment on it's return. If it is painful the you need to do something. Either go back to your podiatrist and follow his recommendation or ask your family doctor for a referral to another surgeon.
