Have it evaluated: Sounds like a possible cyst. You should have it evaluated to see if it can be drained or excised.

Get it check: With skin red and lump in armpit, an infection is most likely. You should have someone look at it and see if it is an infection that needs antibiotics or simple drainage. Or something else.
