What kinds of treatment options or therapies are available for me if i am suffering from mesothelioma?

Surgery, chemo, XRT: Mesothelioma tx is dependent on stage. I = surgery, or advanced (ii, iii) = chemo +/- radiation first line chemotherapy would usually be a) clinical trial, b) cisplatin/pemetrexed, or c) other chemo w/ a "platinum" & other chemotherapy drug. Clinical trials can be found at clinicaltrials.Gov. Multidisciplinary care to evaluate for potential surgical, radiation, & systemic tx options is vital.
