Nothing needed: True situs inversus is a rare condition in which the normal organs are just reversed in position, right side to the left side. There is no treatment needed and nothing that he would suffer from. He can live a full normal life as much as we are all able to do.

Depends on variables: The approach to this is determined by how many issues are involved in the problem. With some, there are associated heart defects that will need care based on the defect involved. If none are present, this is more a curiosity than a problem.
