Not likely: Mesothelioma has been treated with radiation therapy but it is not very effective. Luckily there is now chemotherapy available which can help control the disease. Surgery still remains the only possibility for clearing the disease totally.

No: Mesothelioma is a cancer effecting the lining of the lung. This lining and the mesothelioma can be extensive and very aggressive. Radiation techniques exist to treat for a palliative purpose, but to get rid of the disease with radiation is next to impossible.

Not alone: Taking the lining of the lung with the affected lung surgically, chemo biological agents, plus radiation gives the best chance of control.
