Hard to say: elevated sugar levels rarely cause symptoms - shaking, anxiety, lightheadedness etc. are caused by LOW blood sugar, not high. When sugars get high,people may experience frequent urination and thirst, and other non-specific symptoms may occur as well. You don't list any of your psychiatric medications, so I cannot say for sure, but many of the newer drugs can raise blood sugar. Talk to your doctor
