My father had random glucose level of 135 two days back, today it was 189 after 1 hour of taking tea with 1 spoon of sugar along with some sugar free biscuits. he is non diabetic as a month ago his fasting was 99. should i worry?

Worth a study: I would have him arrange to see his doc & do a A1C study, which reflects blood sugar variation over a 3 month period. He may be a type 2 diabetic that glucose levels done at random did not clearly reveal earlier.
