Sleep Tips: Only go 2 bed when you're tired. If your worried thoughts r keeping you from going 2 bed for 20 mins, leave bed. Go back to bed when you're tired. Find creative ways to relax. For some this is music, white noise, breath, writing your stressful thoughts on paper and agree to return to them the following morning. Avoid stimulating behavior in bed. Your bed should only be used for sex & sleep.
