When i go to sleep at night,i woke up too early even though that i know that i need more sleep,its more like i get one or two thoughts coming to my head that its bassically disrupting my sleep while i am not thinking about anything stressful at all?

Sleep disturbance: It sounds like you have obsessive ruminations. You can use self-help videos or books to work on relaxation before you go to bed at night.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!

Sleep Disorder: Getting a good night's sleep is very important for physical and mental health. Insomnia might be due to several different reasons. First have a complete physical exam by a Dr. to rule out an underlying biological problem. If no problem consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy help & in addition you may need a Psychiatrist for medication. You may need a referral to a sleep study.
