Yes, but: I recommend that my patients use afrin for an absolute maximum of 5 days if indicated. Sudafed is ok to use at the same time, as long as you have no medical contraindications to using it ( heart problems, high blood pressure, etc). See your doctor if your nasal congestion symptoms are not improved within 5 days of use of either medication.
