Maybe: It would be better to see some one for your problem. Afrin spray and benadryl (diphenhydramine) or not the best remedies for sinus complaints. Sudafed may help better, but you should see your physician to make sure that you are treating the right problem.

Caution: you are on Zyrtec and topamax, (topiramate) this combination might increase CNS depression, sudafed may be helpful, but make sure your blood pressure is within normal limits before using it, check with ENT or an allergist to make sure it is your sinuses and the proper way to deal with your condition, in the interim please see your doctor to adjust your medicines and make the necessary referrals if need be,
