Yes: But terbinafine may not be the most important treatment. Add a little hydrocortisone to reduce itch. Always blot any drop of urine off the tip after passing urine. Gently rinse under skin every day. Castellani solution (phenol) is very effective for phimosis. Miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole are all cheaper and more effective for this than terbinafine. Terbinafine is more effective for feet.
