Dead Skin: You need an exfoliant like prescription Retin A (tretinoin) to exfoliate your skin and remove the dead skin and "dirty spots".

Acne?: If the concern is acne I would wash with either a mild soap or a benzoyl peroxide wash at least 2-3 times a day.
