Rash: Herpetic Whitlow is a painful cluster of the small vesicles on the tip of the finger. Another possible cause of the similar rash is an impetigo, or bacterial infection. In the case of dyshidrosis, there could be small vesicles under the skin of palms and fingers. It cause itching and the skin may became scaly. Dyshidrosis could be treated with the steroid creams.
