These spots may be: hormonal or from previous sun damage. Continue with your sunscreen, make sure you are taking Vitamin D supplements if you are getting no sun, and try over the counter lightening agents with hydroquinone and retinol to lighten spots. If not better see derm for prescription strength lighteners or lasers
