Make sure you see your dentist as soon as possible, in the mean time your primary care doc may help as well with an exam, treatment and coordinating locally with a dentist, if you are not established with one.

Infection: And nodes swollen as they are trying to prevent the infection from spreading. This will not self correct.You need immediate attention. Would recommend that you seek examination/consultation with a wisdom tooth expert, a specialist Oral Surgeon.
