Tooth abscess: You are likely having a dental abscess with a reactive lymph node under your chin. Make sure you see your dentist as soon as possible, in the mean time your primary care doc may help as well with an exam, treatment and coordinating locally with a dentist, if you are not established with one.

Infection: And nodes swollen as they are trying to prevent the infection from spreading. This will not self correct.You need immediate attention. Would recommend that you seek examination/consultation with a wisdom tooth expert, a specialist Oral Surgeon.
