I'm 43 female. for a couple of months my right arm has been weak and achy now i have a swollen lymph node in my groin on the right side. any ideas?

No connection may be: most likely there is no connection it really depend first what is causing the ache and the weakness in your right arm if it was virus then the reactive lymph node in your groin could be related to that going back to your lymph node in the right groin lymph node react to virus,allergy,or bacteria not knowing what cause yours you need to see a doctor in case you need antibiotic good luck
