Other symptoms: In that arm any swelling, skin lesions, pain, trauma, rash? Your swollen lymph node is doing what is should do. There may or may not be an important reason for why it is swollen. OK to monitor for a month. If it goes away, ok. If not or gets bigger, see doctor.
