I got the flu shot 3 days ago and i was told any side effects would be gone in 1-2 days. i have a hot red lump getting larger daily. concern or normal?

Unusual: It sound like you either are having a reaction to the injection or developing an associated infection. It's hard to say without examining you. But I would encourage to seek a more formal in-person evaluation and in the meantime consider placing cold packs on the "lump".

Flu symptoms: May last longer than 2 days but hot red lumps are not usually related to Flu. so seek help and proper management and diagnosis
