lyrica (pregabalin) and gabapentin sorta works but have too many side effects. i have chronic head nerve pain . what are my options?

agree that injections might help. But you're probably better off starting with a more holistic approach. See a good osteopath, acupuncturist. Learn about functional medicine, which can sometimes modify the metabolic changes that worsen nerve pain (inflammation, nutrient imbalance, etc). If that fails, then you could have someone stick needles in your head.
