Lyrica (pregabalin): Lyrica (pregabalin) is an anti-seizure medication. It is effective for neuropathic pain like nerve compression. You might respond well to it even though you didn't respond to Gabapentin and cymbalta.

It could be : It is worth a try. However, if youhave completed a proper work-up and have failed a reasonable period of conservative care ( at least 6-8 weeks ) and you are in significant pain that prevents you from doing your normal activities, then surgery is an option to discuss with your doctor.
