How many times should a 3 months old should wet a diaper for it not to be considered dehydration? my baby has rsv with some vomit and diarrea.

3 Times a day: Be sure your baby has at least one wet diaper every 8 hours or so during the illness. Sometimes, putting a little cotton ball in the diaper is useful, so you can see that there is a little urine in there. If he goes longer than this, see his ped's for a followup. You can even try syringe feeds if he is short of breath, this can help keep the fluids in him while he's recovering. Best of luck
