Maybe: Sounds like she is swallowing mucus from her lungs which may cause vomiting. Blood, bile in the vomit may be concerning. But you need to look at the entire child to see if she needs help. Get help if vomiting to dehydration, bloody vomit, bloody diarrhea, fever and trouble breathing.

Depends: Most 2 yo will handle RSV quite well but it can leave a significant cough for weeks. I would't be concerned about a little color in her mucous, it likely represents post nasal drainage. If she's drinking well, eating some and returning to normal play she's likely fine.If she's slowing down, refusing feeds and acting sicker, a re check would be worthwhile.
