Depends: Most 2 yo will handle RSV quite well but it can leave a significant cough for weeks. I would't be concerned about a little color in her mucous, it likely represents post nasal drainage. If she's drinking well, eating some and returning to normal play she's likely fine.If she's slowing down, refusing feeds and acting sicker, a re check would be worthwhile.
