Alcoholic hepatitis: Even binge drinking can cause serious liver damage, AND you can have pancreatitis as a result too. Probably if you have moderate to severe pain, you should be seen in an ER for blood tests to ensure your liver has not suffered a severe injury, and to ensure you do not have pancreatitis. Maybe time to think about quitting alcohol until you are able to keep things moderate, or maybe indefinitely.

Too much alcohol: I'm glad that your liver tests are okay but that's not the point. If anything--liver, stomach, head etc.--hurts after a night of drinking, your body's saying, "YOU'RE DRINKING TOO MUCH, DUDE!" The pain might not be coming from your liver, but you need your liver in order to live. Please take good care of it. It's the only one you have.
