On wednesday, thursday and friday, i drank 750 ml of vodka each night. i now have bad pain in my liver area. it only hurts when i touch it. is this an enlarged liver? i feel fine otherwise. i did not drink saturday or sunday. i know i'm an idiot.

Overindulgence?: Could also be something serious. If fever vomiting you turn yellow or it does not go away see a doctor

Drinking & Liver: Please see your doc who MAY palpate your liver and do blood work. Hopefully, all is well. Then please let this situation be a wake up call about drinking. It can save you and loved ones much suffering later. Peace and good health.

Liver pain: May be liver or gallbladder .Are your eyes yellow ( where it should be white)- that is a sign of liver inflammation. Nausea ,vomiting are also signs You may also have pancreatitis which occur from alcohol use and is associated with pain. Eat lightly fluids water ,gatorade, white rice toast no spicy foods. Would follow up with urgent care / doc and have liver/pancreas tests
