So i drink everclear(190 proof 95% alcohol) probably once or twice a month in small quantities, last night i drank alot and i felt no effects of being drunk. could this be an early sign of liver failure?

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. Alcohol is killing your brain cells, testicular androgen making cells, promoting the development of cancer in many organs in addition to putting you at risk of cirrhosis and pancreatitis. Wish you good health!
