Get checked: If you have tenderness & especially swelling in your armpit, you may have right upper limb infection causing inflammation in the armpit (also called axillary) lymph glands. But you may have more likely strained muscle that has persisted because you have continued using that arm for strenuous activity like child care. Do get it checked since it's been a month & no better. Hope that helps.
