Possible Abscesses: It sounds like you may have some abscesses with or without cellulitis. You may need antibiotics and possible drainage of the abscesses if they are fully formed. In the meantime analgesia like paracetamol and ibuprofen will help but also running the area under hot water and soap as often as it is convenient should help. You should let a doctor take a look at it.
