GI symptoms: Sounds like you could have reflux and you are feeling and tasting the stomach acid as it splashed out of the stomach and onto the esophagus. You could try to take over the counter medications like Pepcid (famotidine) when it happens. You could also try something like Prilosec but would discuss this with a doctor before starting the medication long term. Also stop eating 2 hours before bed. Good luck!

Multiple issues: It sounds like you have a few medical complaints that would be best evaluated in person by a trained physician. Burning in the stomach and a sour taste in your mouth can sometimes be indicative of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Chest pressure and arm pain warrants a visit to your physician for a proper assessment.
