No: Popped means infection is now draining, that's good. Antibiotics will slow or limit spread of infection, but will not cure it. You need specific hands-on Dental treatment. Stop procrastinating, call your Dentist now.

Meaning...: .. did the antibiotics cure your problem? No. Antibiotics treat the symptoms of a dental abscess, they do not treat the actual cause, which is either a rotten tooth or periodontal disease. You needs to see a dentist to resolve your issues.
