Cool mist or warm mist humditifier is best which one? , sometimes i have nose bleeds. i've seen a specialist i had a cat scan that was normal.

Nosebleeds: Cold humidification can sometimes constrict blood vessels and stop bleeding, like applying an ice pack. Nosebleeds can be caused by a blood vessel that is close to the surface inside your nostril and may need to be cauterized. Not sure why you had a CT scan unless your sinuses were being evaluated. Try gently swabbing with vaseline on a swab to keep the insides of the nares moist.
