i was rubbing my nose alot, now one side of bridge feels a bit tender. nose looks normal, nose bones feel stable, there is no bleeding. what is this?

Vaseline: Probably a minor abrasion from all the rubbing. Possibly irritated some follicles. Some Vaseline might help.
