Yes: Yes, there a several types of injections that can be given in and around the spine with variable degrees of success. But perhaps the bigger question is to identify the specific source of your pain. A detailed exam and perhaps further studies could potentially be very helpful to determine the exact source, and based upon that what the treatment options are.

Get treated: Scoliosis only tends to hurt in about 15 % of the time. Get evaluated by a pain doctor to determine why you hurt. It is generally muscle or nerve, and may respond to injections.
