Headache behind eyes & above nose area. hurts to touch. ent says not sinus its migraine. gave nerve blocks with little steroid. still hurts why?

Sinus headache: Maybe it is a sinus headache. A migraine is rarely treated by ENT, and a migraine is normally associated with nausea or light sensitivity. Perhaps some sinus headache treatment would help? Do you have any congestion? If not, what have you already tried?
