A member asked:

How do i tell a sinus headache apart from migriane i get both and i never know which one i am having. i just know my head hurts when they happen.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Throbbing: Migraine tends to be throbbing very constant pressure which occurs in sinusitis. Also, migraine starts on one side of the head rather than both simultaneously. Migraine tends to affect the back of the head rather that the sinus areas under the eyes.
