I sprained my wrist a long tie ago. when to hand dr since it is not feeling better and he said to wear brace 24/7. it hurts more with the brace. why?

Did you have X rays: Some times fracture of wrist (Carpal ) bones may not show fracture initially , go back to your doctor , you may have to see orthopedic or hand surgeon for evaluation and additional studies.
