I sprained my wrist from a new yoga routine. the pain isn't bad once i put the brace, so my question is, would anti inflammatories be helpful for my healing process even if i dont need a pain reliever?

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY: Have experienced this my self. Yes anti-inflammatory meds can help if you can take them. Make sure to take after food so as to not irritate stomach.

Helpful meds: Generally speaking, this should resolve with rest (avoid yoga weight-bearing exercises), ice early on, and bracing if necessary. Anti-inflammatories can be helpful early on to reduce inflammation and swelling. However, they do have side effects and I wouldn't take them longer than 7-10 days without the direction of a physician.
