Slow down; more H2O: Eat more slowly; a recent study just showed men who chewed each bite 40 times took in 12% fewer calories than those who chewed 15 times. A bit absurd, but you get the point! increase your water intake; more fruits and vegetables and smaller servings of pastas, breads, starches and meats. Measure portions if necessary, and keep a log--when you have to write it down it makes you more accountable!
