I never feel hungry enough to eat a meal more than once a day, but how many meals should i eat in a day to be healthy? and what is a good size meal?

You may be a grazer!: If you are maintaining a healthy weight, it may be that you "graze" through the day - eating small, frequent mini-meals. There's nothing wrong with that at all. In fact, it may be a healthier way to eat. Try keeping a diary for a few days of everything you actually eat. If you have any doubt at that point, talk to your doctor.
