What changed?: Assuming that you are eating enough and are healthy, I would wonder what,happened 4 days ago. This could be related to any number of emotional issues, for example, job change, break-up, new boyfriend , graduation, and the list goes on. Your hunger should even out as,you adjust to whatever changes you are experiencing, positive or negative. If persistent (more than a week), see your doc.
