Not really: Since aneurysms are not routinely screened for in the general population there would have to be something physically wrong or suspected before a proper workup would be implemented to identify the presence of this entity. Consequently, my best advice is to enjoy what seems to be your near perfect medical status since many would love to have your level of health. Be well!

Be assured: Borderline hypertension diagnosed in a 34 year old is highly unlikely to have started aneurysmal enlargement of an artery. High blood pressure can drive enlargement of an aneurysm or increase the possibility of an aneurysm rupturing (leaking). But hypertension does not usually cause aneurysms which are either congenital or started by disease in an artery.
