My doctor just upped my dosage of wellbutrin (bupropion) from 450mgs per day to 600mgs per day. how long until i notice a change in my mood?

Depends: It depends how long you've been taking it altogether. When first starting a medication it can take 4-6 weeks for the therapeutic benefits to occur. Changes in dosage once you've already been on it usually don't take quite as long, but can.
