I have been taking bupropion dr, wellbutrin xl, xanax, adderall & lunesta for over 6 years and they just aren't working anymore. my doctor insists i stay on them but won't change any doses. he's 87 yrs. old. hasn't it been too long?

Medication issues: Don't know what your diagnoses are. Bupropion is Wellbutrin. I can't comment on your medications. However, since you are making it a point the share your doctor's age- that suggests that you consider his advanced age to be a factor in how he is approaching your psychotropic medication management. If you are not happy with how your meds are prescribed, consider getting a second opinion.
