See the pediatrician: First depends on what you are defining as "high" fever. While the number doesn't dictate diagnosis or therapy, the accompanying symptoms along with fever may provide insight into the reason for the fever. Fatigue, lethargy, inability to tolerate liquids, or if a parent is concerned in any way are some of the reasons to see a doctor immediately. ER/urgent care if your pediatrician isn't available.
