Maybe,maybe not: Different people may have different symptoms with the same viral illness. Your likely diverse and wider exposure to other sources of illness may mean you picked up something else.

Possibly: Viruses can effect different people with different symptoms based on their age and immune system. Good handwashing is the best way to prevent the spread of disease!
