A member asked:

Toddler of 2 with high fever, vomiting and a spots, is it chickenpox?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Can't say: With such a vague description no reasoned label can be applied. Chickenpox spots start as small bumps that enlarge into blisters which break & dry over a day. Kids who have it rarely have any vomiting, which is more common with gut viruses. You are welcome to provide more detailed information in a new post but may just need to contact the kids doc for guidance.
