10-80ng/mL: Normal range is 10-80ng/mL per our lab. Anything under 20 is usually considered insufficient and treated. Primary source of Vitamin D comes from drinking fortified milk with some produced from sunlight exposure. Vitamin D supplementation can be taken if levels are low.

Normal level: less than 20 is considered deficiciency, 20-29 is considered insufficiency, 30 to 80 is considered optimal. Above 80 is high
