25 year old female who is suffering daily myoclonic jerks (happens all day in different areas; neck, arms, legs, fingers), all blood work is normal (vitamin levels, heavy metal test) as was eeg. what could this be? it's driving me crazy?

A panel for autoimmune antibodies and inflammatory markers may be ordered as indicated. A Neurology referral is recommended. If there is muscle weakness, there are many causes and further diagnostic work up is indicated. Watch for signs of weakness, discoordination and imbalance.
