Nucynta (tapentadol) is like opia: nucynta (tapentadol) ER is like a long lasting opiate.in that it interacts with opiate receptors and some people get a buzz from it. it does have addiction potential. So as you might have guessed I would say no. Tomorrow assuming no additional nycenta ER.

Be careful: Are you saying it has been 24 hours since you took the Nucynta? Why? It is dosed every 12 hours. Never mix alcohol and pain medication
